Big congratulations are in order for Comptroller Dera Anselm Nnadi, mni, on his well-deserved elevation to the rank of Deputy Comptroller-General (DCG) of the Nigeria Customs Service, representing the South East geopolitical zone.
This appointment was officially approved during the 63rd regular meeting of the Nigeria Customs Service Board held on September 2, 2025, and comes as recognition of not just competence but also consistency, professionalism, and strategic leadership cultivated over more than three decades of service.
For those who have followed Nnadi’s inspiring journey from Cadet Officer (Course 192) to his impactful leadership at Tin Can Island Port Command, this is no surprise. His legacy speaks volumes, and his commitment to trade facilitation, compliance, and operational transformation continues to set benchmarks.
